Rights & Issues Investment Trust PLC - Essex, England-based investor in smaller UK companies - Chair David Best retires on Thursday after 12 years on the board, with the plan having been first announced back on August 1. Andrew Hosty, who has served as a director since 2017, will become non-executive chair effective from Friday.

Current stock price: 1,830.00 pence, down 2.1% in London on Thursday afternoon
