On January 16, 2024, GRANATA BIO Corp closed the transaction. The company received $14 million in the transaction led by new investor, GV Management Company, LLC. The transaction included participation from new investors, CooperSurgical, Inc., Richter Gedeon Vegyészeti Gyár Nyilvánosan Muködo Rt., Alumni Ventures Group, LLC, Vibe Biotechnology Inc., Amboy Street Ventures along with other investors.
On the same date, the company received $3,905,774 in its second and final tranche closing.
