Realites is pleased to announce that it has concluded two sales
en bloc as part of the major urban renovation project at the Bauer stadium in Saint-Ouen (93), with 'two renowned institutional investors' for a total of almost 78 million euros.

The first transaction concerns the 'Bauer Box' coliving space - the Bauer Box being a 30,000m2 real estate project associated with the Red Star stadium renovation and extension program 'open to the city and its inhabitants'.

Signed without conditions precedent with a fund managed by Ares Management (Ares), the reservation contract provides for a reiteration during the 1st half of 2023.

The Bauer Box coliving facility will be operated by NOMO, an accommodation offer dedicated to young working people and business nomads that is being rolled out in major French cities. It will comprise 334 rooms fitted out over a surface area of 12,900 m², a rooftop bar, an "ambitious" sports area and coworking facilities open to the neighborhood.

The second block sale was agreed with the management company La Française Real Estate Managers (REM), acting on behalf of a real estate collective fund.

It concerns the 1,937 m² health center, including a 101 m² health store at the foot of the building and 15 parking spaces, 4 of which are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.

Operation of the health center, comprising a multidisciplinary medical center and a sports-health center (physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports medicine, etc.), will be entrusted to Vista Santé, a REALITES Group brand, under a firm 12-year lease.
