Ragusa Minerals Ltd is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company holds interests in NT Lithium Project (comprising the Litchfield Lithium Project and Daly River Lithium Project) in the Northern Territory, Burracoppin REE & Halloysite Project in Western Australia and Lonely Mine Gold Project in Zimbabwe. The NT Lithium Project is located in the highly prospective Litchfield Pegmatite Belt in Northern Territory, approximately 120 kilometers (km) south of Darwin. The Company has three tenements prospective for lithium in the Northern Territory, Australia, known as the Litchfield Lithium Project (exploration license 33150 and exploration license application 33149) and the Daly River Lithium Project (exploration license 33148). The Burracoppin Halloysite Project comprises granted exploration licenses E70/5708 and E77/2774 (total of 68 blocks) located over 300 km east of Perth in Western Australia, and is prospective for REE, halloysite and kaolinite.
