Qwamplify (ENXTPA:ALQWA) signed an agreement to acquire remaining 49.9% stake in Highten from its partners and founders, Sébastien Donnadieu and Philippe Villetelle on April 9, 2019. As a result of the acquisition, Qwamplify will become 100% shareholder of Highten. For the financial year ended September 30, 2018, Highten reported €2.5 million in revenue and operating income of €0.13 million. Following the acquisition, Highten management will be fully integrated into the Qwamplify Group. Sébastien Donnadieu, one of the two founders, will maintain an operational management role and will work in collaboration with Cédric Reny and Julien Braun, recently appointed Managing Director of the Group, to further develop commercial, marketing and technological synergies within the Group. The transaction is subject to the lifting of conditions precedent and is expected to complete on April 30, 2019. This acquisition will strengthen the Qwamplify Group's growth and earnings potential for the 2019 financial year.
