PT Lingkar Niaga Solusindo announced that it has received IDR 515,000,000,000 in its series B round of funding co-led by existing investors, East Ventures Fund L.P., a fund managed by East Ventures Pte. Ltd. and PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk on September 10, 2021. The company has issued non-convertible preferred shares at a price of IDR 602,944 ($42.35) in the transaction.
The transaction also included participation from existing investors, PT. Traveloka Indonesia, OCBC NISP Ventura, SMD Ventures and Sinarmas Land Limited.
