On July 25, Poujoulat announced that it had signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the capital of Bois Bûches Nord Atlantique (BBNA), in order to 'further consolidate its wood-energy branch and its Woodstock and Crépito brands in the Greater West of France'.

With this transaction, the supplier of chimney flues, industrial chimneys and biofuels 'significantly increases its production capacity over the next 18 months, and contributes to the region's employment dynamic'.

Based in Loire-Atlantique, France, BBNA specializes in the manufacture and distribution of high-performance wood logs and pellets. The transferees and the current BBNA team will support Euro Energies in the development of the local wood industry.
