Peers Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7066) agreed to acquire V-tuber production business of TimeTicket, Inc. for ¥ 0.01 million on April 21, 2022. TimeTicket, Inc. resolved to transfer the V-tuber production business of TimeTicket, Inc. Sales for the fiscal year ending March 2022 ¥ 1,782 thousand. Transition is expected to close on May 2, 2022.
Peers Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the consulting business in the telecommunications industry. The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of consulting services, human resource solution services and information technology (IT) solution services. The consulting services are mainly engaged in the proposal of original training programs about management issues and sales issues for career shops and home appliance mass retailers, as well as the educational support services. The human resource solution services are mainly engaged in the holding of sale promotion events at sale sites, as well as the provision of educational support and dispatch services for foreign workers.
