For the period ended September 30, 2021, Max Produce Co., Ltd reported sales of ¥406 million, Total Assets of ¥137 million, Total worth of ¥ -1.4 million, Net income of ¥ - 32 million, and Operating income of ¥ -30 million. Transaction is expected to be completed on June 1, 2022.
Peers Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the consulting business in the telecommunications industry. The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of consulting services, human resource solution services and information technology (IT) solution services.
