Pampa Energía S.A. agreed to acquire PETROBRAS ENERGIA S.A. - TOTAL AUSTRAL S.A., CONCESION VETA ESCONDIDA Y RINCON DE ARANDA - U.T.E. from Total Austral S.A.

Pampa Energía S.A. (BASE:PAMP) agreed to acquire Remaining 45% stake in the Rincon de Aranda from Total Austral S.A. on June 23, 2023. In exchange of the transaction Pampa Energía will transfer 100% of Parque Eólico Mario Cebreiro to Total Austral. The Swap also includes the assignment of Parque Eólico Mario Cebreiro's debt, which amounted to $86 million as of March 31, 2023.

The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain terms and conditions.
