CDF Central de Funcionamento Tecnologia e Participações S.A. completed the acquisition of Montpellier Participações S.A. from IdeiasNet Fundo de Investimento em Participações I, a fund managed by IdeiasNet, S.A. and others for R$5.2 million.

CDF Central de Funcionamento Tecnologia e Participações S.A. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Montpellier Participações S.A. from IdeiasNet Fundo de Investimento em Participações I, a fund managed by IdeiasNet, S.A. (BOVESPA:IDNT3) and others on December 23, 2016. The transaction is subject to approval by the Brazilian Antitrust Authority, CADE. As of January 6, 2017, transaction has been approved by CADE. As of February 1, 2017, all conditions have been fulfilled. CDF Central de Funcionamento Tecnologia e Participações S.A. completed the acquisition of Montpellier Participações S.A. from IdeiasNet Fundo de Investimento em Participações I, a fund managed by IdeiasNet, S.A. (BOVESPA:IDNT3) and others on February 1, 2017. IdeiasNet Fundo de Investimento em Participações I, a fund managed by IdeiasNet, S.A. sold it's 78.6% stake in Montpellier Participações S.A. for R$5.2 million.
