Oxford Metrics PLC - Oxford, England-based software provider - Confirms Imogen Moorhouse assumes the role of chief executive officer with effect from Sunday last week. Follows the announcement in July that Moorhouse, the leader of the company's Vicon division, would succeed Nick Bolton, who was selected to be the next CEO of Ordnance Survey, the UK's national mapping agency. Bolton formally resigned as a director and CEO on Saturday last week,
