Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, Borys Belikov, the Chief Executive Officer of Ovostar Union Public Company Limited and member of the board of directors Vitaliy Veresenko agreed to acquire the remaining 4.55% stake in Ovostar Union Public Company Limited for approximately PLN 20 million.

Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, Borys Belikov, the Chief Executive Officer of Ovostar Union Public Company Limited and member of the board of directors Vitaliy Veresenko agreed to acquire the remaining 4.55% stake in Ovostar Union Public Company Limited (WSE:OVO) for approximately PLN 20 million on April 23, 2024. The consideration consists of PLN 70 per share ($17.29). The majority owners of the Ovostar Union agricultural holding, Chief Executive Officer Borys Belikov and member of the board of directors Vitaliy Veresenko, together with Fairfax Financial Holding companies, accumulated 95.45% of the shares in Ovostar Union Public Company Limited.

A total of 273,066 shares are to be purchased, and Ipopema Securities has been chosen as an intermediary.
