Oponeo.pl S.A. commences an Equity Buyback Plan for 2,200,000 shares, representing 15.79% of its issued share capital, under the authorization approved on October 16, 2023.

Oponeo.pl S.A. (WSE:OPN) commences share repurchases on October 16, 2023, under the program mandated by shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 16, 2023. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to purchase up to 2,200,000 shares, representing 15.79% of its issued share capital. The shares will be repurchased at a price no lower than PLN 25 per share and no higher than 45 per share.

The authorization will be valid till December 31, 2026.
