One Software Technologies Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months of 2016. For the quarter, the company's revenues increased to NIS 308.5 million, compared to NIS 301.8 million in the corresponding quarter last year. The increase in Revenue was mainly due to organic growth in revenues in the IT solutions and infrastructures segment. The operating revenues in the second quarter of 2016 amounted to approximately NIS 20.5 million (6.7% of revenues), compared to NIS 21.4 million (approximately 7.1% of revenues) in the corresponding quarter last year. The decrease is partly due to a slowdown of activities abroad and as a result of higher revenues in the IT solutions and infrastructures, where the gross profit is relatively low. The EBITDA amounted to approximately NIS 24.6 million, similar to the corresponding quarter last year. Net revenues increased by 1.9% to NIS 16.3 million (approximately NIS 15.9 million is attributable to equity holders) compared to NIS 16.0 million (15.2 million is attributable to equity holders) in the corresponding quarter last year. Net profit increased to 5.2% of total revenues. For the six months, the company's revenues increased to NIS 615.7 million, compared to NIS 603.1 million in the corresponding period last year. The increase in Revenue was mainly due to organic growth in revenues in the IT solutions and infrastructures. The operating revenues amounted to approximately NIS 40.7 million (6.6% of revenues), compared to NIS 42.5 million (approximately 7.1% of revenues) in the corresponding period last year. The decrease is partly due to a slowdown of activities abroad and as a result of higher revenues in the IT solutions and infrastructures, where the gross profit is relatively low. The EBITDA in the first half amounted to approximately NIS 48.4 million, compared NIS 50 million in the corresponding period last year. Net revenues of the Company in the first half amounted to NIS 31.6 million (approximately NIS 31.1 million is attributable to equity holders) compared to NIS 33.0 million (31.6 million is attributable to equity holders) in the corresponding period last year.
