Under the program, the company will repurchase 80,000 shares, representing 1.17% of the outstanding shares, at ¥1,548 per share for ¥123.84 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and improve shareholder returns. As of November 30, 2017, the company had 6,816,181 shares outstanding and 519,453 shares in treasury.
