Zaklady Lentex Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:LTX) agreed to acquire remaining 36.83% stake in Novita Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:NVT) from Pocztylion Arka Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA, Janusz Piczak and others in stock on September 17, 2014. Under the terms of the acquisition, Novita's assets will be transferred to Lentex in exchange of Lentex's shares. The Supervisory Board of Novita approved the transaction on November 10, 2014.
