NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation (TSE:3296) agreed to acquire 30 Sankyo Building, St. Lake Celeb Daikancho and Belle Face Kawaharadori from Godo Kaisha NRT Growth 18 approximately for ¥3.7 billion on December 21, 2023. The scheduled contract date for the transaction is December 22, 2023.
The transaction will be funded from borrowings and proceeds from the transfer and cash on hand. The properties have an annual rental income of ¥182 million. The deal is expected to close on January 29, 2024.
