Nikko Co., Ltd. (TSE:6306) acquired Matsuda Kiko, K.K. on July 6, 2023. Kazuhiro Yamada, senior executive officer of Nikko, will assume the position of president and representative director of Matsuda Kiko.

NIKKO CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of asphalt plants, concrete plants, as well as environment and transport machinery. The Company operates in three business segments. Asphalt Plant-Related Business segment produces asphalt plants, recycling plants, as well as compound silos, among others.
