Under the program, the company will repurchase 3,250 shares, representing 0.02% of the outstanding shares, at ¥149 per share for ¥0.48 million. Shares will be repurchased from NK Kansai Koken Co., Ltd. As of December 31, 2017, the company had 18,246,436 shares outstanding and 373,115 shares in treasury.
