Nihon Housing Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4781) acquired 100% of SANKYO Building Management Co.,Ltd. And 72.5% of SANKYO Corporation Co.,Ltd. from Directors and multiple individual employees on December 24, 2013. Under the terms of the agreement, Nihon Housing Co.,Ltd. acquired 450 shares of SANKYO Building Management Co.,Ltd. and 290 shares of SANKYO Corporation Co.,Ltd. Nihon Housing Co.,Ltd. will operate SANKYO Building Management Co.,Ltd. and SANKYO Corporation Co.,Ltd. as its subsidiary. During the period ended September, 2013, SANKYO Corporation Co., Ltd. had net sales of ¥221 million, net assets of ¥149 million, and total assets of ¥313 million. During the period ended March 2013, SANKYO Building Management Co., Ltd. had net sales of ¥774 million, net assets of ¥225 million, and total assets of ¥733 million.
Nihon Housing Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4781) completed the acquisition of 100% of SANKYO Building Management Co.,Ltd. And 72.5% of SANKYO Corporation Co.,Ltd. on December 24, 2013.
NIHON HOUSING CO.,LTD. is engaged in real estate business. The Company operates in four business segments. The Condominium Management segment provides condominium management services, cleaning, equipment management and maintenance services, comprehensive management of condominiums, such as management union settlement and management assistance, and school childcare and study cram school operation business. The Building Management segment is engaged in building sanitary cleaning business, security business and comprehensive management of buildings. The Real Estate Management segment provides building management and rental management services for owner-owned properties, sub-lease business, real estate sales and brokerage business. The Repair and Maintenance segment provides large-scale repair work such as building and equipment repair work for common areas of condominiums and buildings and painting of exterior walls, renovation work and exclusive construction work for exclusive use parts.
