Youngnam Industrial Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of NGVI Inc.

Youngnam Industrial Co., Ltd. signed the contract to acquire NGVI Inc. for $2.9 million on February 28, 2014. PricewaterhouseCoopers Korea, Financial Advisory Arm acted as financial advisor for NGVI Inc.


Youngnam Industrial Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of NGVI Inc. in March, 2014. The transaction was cancelled Youngnam did not deposit the payment.
