Micronics Japan Co., Ltd. (TSE:6871) entered into an agreement to acquire remaining 40% stake in MJC Microelectronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. from MMI Holding Co., Ltd. on December 28, 2017. Post acquisition, Micronics Japan Co., Ltd.'s stake in MJC Microelectronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. will increase from 60% to 100%.
