Metrofile Holdings Limited (JSE:MFL) commences share repurchases on November 23, 2023, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on November 23, 2023. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 20% of its issued share capital or 10% where such acquisitions are effected by a subsidiary. The company will repurchase its shares at a maximum premium of 10% of the weighted average of the market value of the securities for the five business days immediately preceding the day on which the transaction is effected.

The program shall expire at the earliest of the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting or after 15 months, whichever is earlier.
