From October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, the company has repurchased 499,439 shares, representing 1.43% for $47.55 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 9,537,812 shares, representing 24.2% for $753.78 million under the buyback announced on June 24, 2021.

The Ocean Transportation business is conducted through Matson Navigation Company, Inc. Matson Logistics provides a variety of logistics services to its customers, such as transportation brokerage services, freight forwarding services, and others.
