MarketEnterprise Co.,Ltd (TSE:3135) entered into an agreement to acquire Cheapest repair dot com from Jiraffe Inc. on January 31, 2020. The Annual revenues of Cheapest repair dot com from January 2019 to December 2020 were ¥38 million. The transaction is expected to close on February 1, 2020.
