Manulife US REIT announced that as at the date of this announcement, the Sponsor-Lender Loan Amount of USD 137.0 million, together with USD 98.0 million from the proceeds following completion of the divestment of the Property known as Park Place announced on 18 December 2023, has been used to pay down USD 235.0 million in debt on a pari passu basis based on the outstanding debt owed to each Lender under the Existing Facilities as described in the Transaction Announcement and the Circular.
