Mamiya-OP Co., Ltd. (TSE:7991) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 616,100 shares, representing 6.63% of the outstanding shares for ¥552.03 million. The program will run until January 31, 2019. As of September 30, 2018, the company had 9,296,062 shares outstanding and 62,608 shares in treasury.
Mamiya-OP Co Ltd is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic equipment and sporting goods, as well as the real estate business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Electronic Equipment segment is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of small automatic ticket vending machines, banknote transport systems, banknote validators and autonomous driving systems, the installation and maintenance of gaming systems, and the development and maintenance of software.
