control measure to lockdown and quarantine the city, the subsidiary office
was closed from March 14th to March 20th 2022. According to the latest notice
issued by the respective authority in Shenzhen, the subsidiary will resume
business operations from March 21th 2022 onwards.
6.Countermeasures:
(1) Notifying customers to adjust shipping time.
(2) Monitoring the local pandemic situation closely.

The work suspension has no significant impact on the Company's financials.
