According to a report by Valor Futuro, Enel SpA (BIT:ENEL) has presented an offer to buy the stake held by Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE) in Luz del Sur S.A.A. (BVL:LUSURC1). Sempra Energy owns almost 84% of Luz del Sur. Notbaly, Sempra Energy announced its plans to sell its stake earlier in 2019.
The sale process is expected to be complete by the end of 2019.
