Loungers PLC - Bristol-based operator of Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside cafes and bars - Hires Stephen Marshall as new chief financial officer, effective from April 23. Current CFO Gregor Grant will step down on the same date, having occupied the role since August 2018, but will stay at Loungers until July 31 "to provide support and to assist with the efficient handover of responsibilities". Marshall held various senior roles at Dyson Ltd, including as interim CFO, from 2013 to 2018. He was CFO at multinational catering equipment supplier Nisbets from December 2018 to July 2021, then became CFO of e-scooter maker Pure Electric where he stayed until November 2023.

"Loungers continues to go from strength to strength and Stephen's appointment will help us build on our market-leading position as we carry out our ambitious site roll-out plan."
