On November 1, 2021, 42dot Inc. closed the transaction. The company has received KRW 104,000,000,000 in the series A round. The transaction includes participation from new investors, Shinhan Financial Group Co., Ltd., LOTTE rental co.,ltd., Lotte Ventures, STIC Investments, Inc., We Ventures Limited Company and DA Value Investment Co., Ltd., and existing investors.
The company has raised about $130,100,000 (KRW 153,292,927,000) in funding till date.
Lotte Rental Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the vehicle rental business. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Rental Business segment is engaged in long or short-term car rental and used car sale. The Segment is also engaged in operation rental, financial rental, consumer goods rental and other general rental businesses. The Auto Lease and Installment Finance segment is engaged in long-term vehicle lease and vehicle installment finance businesses. The Company operates its business within domestic market and to overseas markets.
