Shanghai Baofutong Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) signed an agreement to acquire 50.1% stake in Shanghai JR-EDJ Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. from Longzhou Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002682) for CNY 11.5 million on August 18, 20219. Shanghai JR-EDJ Supply Chain Management reported total assets of CNY 322.5 million and net liabilities of CNY 47.3 million as on June 30, 2021. Within 3 working days from the agreement signing date, Shanghai Baofutong Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) will pay 50% of the transfer price. After completing the registration procedures, before December 20, 2021, Shanghai Baofutong Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) will pay the remaining amount. The transaction was approved by the Board of Longzhou Group Co., Ltd.
