COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') announces that, effective 13 March 2024, Mr Graham Fairclough has resigned from his position as non-executive director of the Bank. The Board expresses its appreciation of Mr Fairclough's valued contribution, commitment and dedication throughout his years in office.

The Board of Directors has therefore co-opted Mr Aldo-Joseph Giordano of Flat 3, Protea, Triq Ross, San Giljan, as non-executive director of the Bank. This appointment is subject to regulatory approval.

Mr Giordano has served in the financial services industry for over forty-three years having worked both at the Central Bank of Malta as well as the Malta Financial Services Authority, where he occupied positions including that of Director of the Resolution Unit and Secretary to the Malta Depositor and Investor Compensation Scheme. He currently acts as a consultant on venture capital with a government entity.

The effective date of Mr Giordano's appointment shall be that upon receipt of regulatory approval.

There are no disclosures to be made in terms of Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
