FITCH UPGRADES RATING OF THE 1ST ISSUANCE OF DEBENTURES OF TVV TO 'AA(BRA)';

STABLE OUTLOOK

Log-InLogística Intermodal S.A. ("Log-In", "Company" - B3: LOGN3), in compliance with the provisions of Article 157, §4 of Law No. 6.404/76 and Resolution No. 44 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), announces that, on October 5, 2022, Fitch Ratings ("Fitch") raised the Long Term National Ratings to 'AA(bra)', from 'AA-(bra)', to its subsidiary TVV - Terminal de Vila Velha S.A. ("TVV") and its first issue of debentures, with real guarantees, in the total amount of R$240 million and final maturity in 2033. The funds from the issue have been used for investments tied to the renewal of the lease agreement of the TVV. The rating outlook is stable.

According to the report, "The rating upgrade reflects TVV's strong financial performance in the last 12 months, above Fitch's expectations, even in an adverse scenario, with reduced container volumes."
