Log-In Logística Intermodal S.A. (BOVESPA:LOGN3) agreed to acquire Tecmar Transportes Ltda for approximately BRL103 million on December 12, 2021. The transaction is subject to approval from shareholders and antitrust body. As on March 16, 2022 the company executed a closing certificate registering the fulfillment or waiver of substantially all the obligations and conditions precedent necessary for the implementation of the acquisition. the effective implementation of the Transaction remains subject to the certification, by the Brazilian Antitrust Authority (CADE) and Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). As of March 17, 2022, the transaction is expected to be completed in 2022.
