NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Fitch Upgrades Log-In's Rating by 2 (two) notches to 'A(bra)'; Stable Outlook

Log-In Logística Intermodal SA ("Log-In", "Company" - B3: LOGN3), in compliance with the provisions of Article 157, §4 of Law No. 6,404 / 76 and Instruction No. 358/02 of the Securities, announces that, on July 12, 2021, Fitch Ratings ("Fitch") upgraded Log-In'slong-term national rating to 'A (bra)'. The rating outlook is Stable.

According to the report, "The rating upgrade reflects Log-In's resilience in operating performance, above the agency's expectations, amid the challenging business environment during the coronavirus pandemic. The company has presented operating cash generation above the expectations incorporated into the rating. These factors, combined with the improvement of its financial profile, after the extension of an important portion of its debt, strengthens its credit and positions the company favorably for the new investment cycle.".

Fitch also states that "The rating is also linked to the expectation that Log-In will continue to add capacity to its operations, maintaining a conservative capital structure and adequate liquidity throughout the rating horizon.".

The rating was increased by 2 (two) notches, having previously been BBB+(bra), as per the Company's Notice to the Market on July 17, 2020.
