("Log-In") located in the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, at Rua do Passeio, No. 78, room 1.201, Condomínio BVEP Nigri Plaza, Centro, and by videoconference, the Board Members, Mr. Carlos José Rollim de Mello, Mr. Elber Alves Justo, Mr. Gregory Gottlieb, Mr. Julian Roger Crispin Thomas, Mr. Marco Antonio Souza Cauduro, Mr. Maurício Ribeiro de Menezes, and Mr. Soren Toft, and the Secretary, Cristal Fritzsche Celano, with the Board of Directors having discussed and promoted the following record on March 18, 2024: "5.1 To approve unanimously and without reservations, the proposal for the overall compensation of the Company's Administrators for the fiscal year 2024 in the amount of R$ 25.307.394,36 (twenty-fivemillion, three hundred and seven thousand, three hundred and ninety-fourreais and thirty-sixcents). 5.2 To approve unanimously and without reservations, the convening of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held on April 18, 2024, to resolve on the following agenda: (a) review the accounts of the Administrators, discuss and vote on the Management Report and the annual Financial Statements of Log-Infor the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2023, accompanied by the report of the Independent Auditors and the opinion of the Audit Committee, as approved by this Board of Directors in a meeting held on 06 of March 2024; and (b) to set the total amount of compensation for the Company's Administrators for the fiscal year 2024.
