  • 4Q22 had an impact resulting from the reversal of Tecmar's operating contingencies in the amount of R$25.8 million, positively impacting the result and explaining the variation. In addition to the impact described above, in 2022, there was a statute of limitations of the non- materialized contingencies relating to the negative goodwill on the acquisition of Tecmar Transportes, in the amount of R$19.6 million, positively impacting the result and explaining the annual variation.

  • Cabotage volumes were impacted by the drought in the Northern region and rain in the Southern region, leading to operational service interruptions and omissions of calls, respectively. In the Mercosur region, the crisis in Argentina continues to have a negative impact;
  • NOR benefited from the better cargo mix and pricing strategy in Cabotage, as well as growth in Feeder volumes;

NEW VESSELS

LOG-IN EVOLUTION

  • Delivered in Zhoushan (China) on 01/05/2024. Started time charter operation in Shanghai on 01/10/24;
  • Nominal capacity of 3,158 TEUs. 25% higher than the Log-In Polaris in effective capacity, with the same bunker consumption;
  • The most modern vessel in the fleet, with features that will allow greater fuel savings, lower costs and increased operational safety, helping to reduce pollutant emissions per TEU transported, in line with our ESG agenda;
  • It started its operation covering the docking of the Log-In Discovery. After this period, it will be dedicated to Cabotage services, bringing more capacity and efficiency to Log-In's operations and to national logistics.
