Llorente & Cuenca, S.A. (BME:LLYC) acquired 70% stake in Lambert & Co. for $18.2 million on February 19, 2024. Under the terms of the agreement, LLYC is acquiring an initial 70 percent stake in the company for a price based on EBITDA performance in the next two years. There has been a payment of $18.2 million of the final price in advance. All Lambert partners will join LLYC, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jeff Lambert. Jeff Lambert will join LLYC's Global Executive Committee, while Mike Houston and Jeff Lambert will both join the U.S. Executive Committee. LLYC. Antonio Peña, Henry R. Roque, Charles J. Abrams, L. Frank Cordero, Kelly Dobbs Bunting, August Huelle, Arnaldo C. Rego, Jr., and Manuel R. Valcarcel IV of Greenberg Traurig, P.A. acted as legal advisors to LLYC and Lambert was advised by the Warner Norcross + Judd LLP team led by Michael Jones.
