The general offering and the underwriting of the underwriters, Phoenix Co., Ltd. and Yoshio Kosasa, the sellers, and Akira Katsuro, Hideki Sakashita, Kiyotaka Sakakibara and Hiroshi Honda, who are the shareholders of the Company, contacted Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. during the period starting on the day when the issue price is decided and ending on the 90th day from the delivery date of the general offering and the underwriter's purchase transaction.
Link and Motivation Inc. provides motivation engineering services. The Company operates in four segments. The Organization Development segment provides corporate clients with services to support the establishment and strengthening of relations with stakeholders, such as employees, applicants, customers, shareholders. The Personal Development segment provides career navigation that supports total creative and independent autonomous career development for individual clients. The Matching Division ALT Placement segment provides foreign language teaching lecturers (ALT) to elementary and junior high schools and provides contracting service for English instruction.
