Liberty Flour Mills, Inc. At the a meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 30, 2020, the Board approved the declaration of a cash dividend equivalent to 5% or PHP 0.50 per share. Record date is July 14, 2020 and payment date is July 28, 2020.

Pine Tree and LFM soft are marketed by Trade Demands Corporation and Liberty Commodities Corporation.
