(Reuters) - Lagardere has received an offer from luxury goods group LVMH to acquire magazine title Paris Match, the French publishing company said on Tuesday.
The Lagardere board of directors has entered into exclusive discussions with LVMH and employee representatives will be consulted "on the mooted disposal in due course", the French company said.
