Kunyue Development Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 180.338 million compared to TWD 345.337 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 9.849 million compared to TWD 62.732 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 8.437 million compared to TWD 57.023 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.05 compared to TWD 0.37 a year ago.

The Company mainly operates through two business segments: properties development business segment and construction business segment. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the central area of Taiwan.
