KYECOPARK CO., LTD announced that it has received KRW 12.621 billion in funding from Kumyang Green Power Co., Ltd., Korea East-West Power Co., Ltd, SK D&D Co. Ltd.

KYECOPARK CO., LTD announced that it has issued 1,262,100 common shares at an issue price of KRW 10,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 12,621,000,000 on December 19, 2023. The transaction included participation from new investors Kumyang Green Power Co., Ltd. for 529,500 shares, Korea East-West Power Co., Ltd for 366,300 shares, and SK D&D Co. Ltd. for 366,300 shares.

The method of capital increase is through third-party capital increase. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.
