Kino Polska TV S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") announces that on 14 July 2017 it received a decision on registration on 29 June 2017 of the following changes in the Statute of the Company by the District Court for the Capital City Warsaw - XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. The changes of the Issuer's Statue have been made in the following scope:

• in § 12 added new sec. no 5, which has received the following wording:

  "5. The Management Board is obliged to prepare and submit to the Supervisory Board of the Company, not later than on 31 October of the financial year, the annual budget of the Company for the next financial year",

• in § 17 sec. 1 added new point 9), which has received the following wording:

"9) approving the annual budget of the Company, referred to in § 12 sec. 5 of the Statute, until 31 December of the financial year".

Above changes were made on the basis of resolutions No. 29 and 30 of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of Kino Polska TV S.A. held on 30 May 2017.

Attached to this report, the Issuer provides current text of the Statute of Kino Polska TV S.A., as well as the text of the Statute of the Company before the said changes.

Legal basis: § 38 sec. 1 point 2 letter b of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance as at 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No.33, item. 259 with later amended).
