KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation (HOSE:KBC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 50,000,000 shares for VND 1,700,000 million. The repurchase price will not be higher than VND 34,000 per share.
The repurchase will be funded from share premium. The purpose of the program is to reduce charter capital. The repurchase will take place in quarter first/second quarter of 2023.
