Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 11.99 million compared to PHP 375.27 million a year ago. Net loss was PHP 2.68 million compared to net income of PHP 359.73 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.01 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of PHP 1.22 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.01 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of PHP 1.22 a year ago.
For the six months, revenue was PHP 82.86 million compared to PHP 474.68 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 56.92 million compared to PHP 447.93 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.19 compared to PHP 1.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.19 compared to PHP 1.52 a year ago.
