This is to advise the Philippine Stock Exchange of the resignation of Mr. Ng Kwang Keng Samuel Henry as President, Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. (KEP) effective 10 February 2023 due to a New Corporate Assignment. On 10 February 2023, the Board of Directors of KEP elected Mr. Tan Kuang Liang as President, Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors effective 10 February 2023, to serve the unexpired portion of Mr. Ng Kwang Keng Samuel Henry's term.
Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which holds investments in associates and joint venture involved in property development and holding of investment properties and renders management consultancy services to its joint venture.
