HAMBURG (dpa-AFX) - The forklift truck manufacturer Jungheinrich is reorganizing its Board of Management around CEO Lars Brzoska. The Supervisory Board has appointed Heike Wulff (43) to the Board of Management as designated Chief Financial Officer with effect from May 1, the company announced in Hamburg on Wednesday. She will initially be responsible for taxes, accounting and controlling on the management board. Meanwhile, the current CFO Volker Hues (60) will continue to be responsible for Investor Relations, IT and Purchasing, among other things. When his contract, which runs until the end of March 2027, expires, he will hand over all responsibilities to Wulff.

In addition, Maik Manthey (48) will become the new Chief Technology Officer of the Hamburg-based MDax group from July 1. Sabine Neuß (55), who is currently responsible for this area, will leave the company at the end of the first half of the year due to differing strategic views, according to the press release. Furthermore, the current Chief Sales Officer Christian Erlach (61) will not extend his mandate due to his age and will leave the company by the end of the year at the latest. Jungheinrich will announce his successor at a later date.
